mzRepeat --- visualization of repeating structures in mass spectrometry
mzRepeat
It is hard to analyze the data obtained by analytical instruments due to very large and complex data.
I developed visual analytical system, "mzRepeat", for analyzing chemical compounds that have repeating structures, such as lipids and polymers, obtained by mass spectrometer.
A feature of mzRepeat is that it shows observed ions in groups that differ only in number of repeating structures.
It is especially effective for the analysis of many peaks from samples that contain several molecular species.
IchiLAN --- large area internal network monitorig system
IchiLAN
The attacks from internal network to external network is a serious issue in enterprises.
In the internal network monitoring, we can obtain geographical information such as location of routers and PCs.
I developed security monitoring system, "IchiLAN", for Computer Center at the university.
"IchiLAN" visualize three different important information to monitor local area network such as logical, temporal and geographical information.
企業等では内部ネットワークから外部ネットワークへの攻撃が問題となっています。
内部ネットワーク監視ではルーターや PC の位置がわかります。
そこで大規模内部ネットワークの一例として電気通信大学情報基盤センターを対象に監視システム「いちらん (IchiLAN)」を作成しました。
IchiLAN は内部ネットワーク監視に重要な論理情報・時間情報・地図情報を視覚化します。

I visualized geographical position of received hosts written in mail header to know even if the mail is spam.
